Doug is an award-winning ex-military combat photographer who's work has been seen in magazines like: Rolling Stone, People, Cosmopolitan, and InStyle Magazine. Doug has shot national ad campaigns fro Boeing, Lockheed Martin, Coca Cola, Hershey's, Discovery, and the World Wild Life Federation.
Often described as evocative, emotional, and edgy, Doug's images blend conceptual and visual elements seamlessly. Whether his work is in stark black and white, or lush saturated color, it is infused with emotion and immediacy. Doug has an artist's true understanding of the medium.
Doug is an Honor's graduate of the prestigious Brooks Institute of Photography in Santa Barbara, CA. Doug has received numerous ADDY and Art Director awards, and was recognized by Parsons School of Design with the World Image Award for Fine Art Photography. His series entitled I. Hate. You., premiered at the distinguished Frasier Gallery to wide critical acclaim.
